Abstract
The use of air heat pump drying technology,combined with hot air drying dehydration of German shallot,a drying system of heat pump dryer for drying 100 kg German onion was designed and applied to heat pump drying room.The results show that the heat pump drying system energy is adequate and the control system is accurate. it can satisfy the drying process of German shallot;comparison of German garlic shallot drying quality at the five position of the drying chamber and compared with the coal drying room products,the heat pump drying room has certain advantages in color,rehydration,sensory evaluation and energy consumption ;the total power consumption of 35 kW·h in drying,the energy consumption of unit energy consumption is 2.64 kg/(kW·h),and the total cost is 17.5 yuan,the calculation of the drying cost is 2.3 yuan /kg,and the energy cost is reduced by 23.3%,which has a good guiding significance for production practice.关键词
