摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes the content and characteristics of food inspector training of the U.S.Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as well as the current situation and problems in China's food inspector training.To improve China's food inspectors training system,we suggest that the country should establish a unified standard for food inspector training,strengthen online training,establish a food inspector trainer pool,intensify field training and continuing education and comprehensive capacity training,expedite the cultivation of reserve food inspectors and strengthen the training of ized food inspectors with international perspectives.关键词
