Simultaneous Determination of Two Active Components in Flos Cleistocalycis Operculati by High Performance Liquid Chromatography
目的:对水翁花中的熊果苷和2',4'-二羟基-6'-甲氧基-3'-5'-二甲基查耳酮进行含量测定研究,建立药材的质量标准.方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法:以Diamonsil-C18(5μm,250×4.6 mm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05％磷酸(60:40)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长254 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温25℃;结果:采用HPLC法建立了8批药材的指标性成分指纹图谱并进行准确定量;结论:该方法快速、高效、准确,能…查看全部>>
