胭脂萝卜天竺葵素抑制人胃癌细胞迁移与侵袭
Pelargonium from carmine radish inhibits migration and invasion of human gastric cancer

Abstract
The mechanisms of carmine radish pelargonium inhabited gastric cancer cells(MKN45)migration and invasion was investigated in the study.After different concentrations of pelargonium treatment,MTT assay,flow cytometry(FCM),cell wound healing and TranswellTM assay were used to detectthe cell proliferation,cell cycle,cell migration and invasion ability.Protein expression of E-cadherin and N-cadherin were measured with western blot.The results showed 6 μg/mL pelargonium inhibited MKN45 cell proliferation,migration and invasion remarkable,induced cell S phase arrest.E-cadherin upregulation and N-cadherin downregulation might be the major mechanisms of pelargonium inhibited cell migration and invasion.关键词
