Abstract
The preparation process of Vigna radiata (Linn.)Wilczek starch (VWS)/polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)composite films were introduced and the properties of the film were investigated.This blend film of VWS/PVA was prepared by solution mixing.The mechanical properties of the film were investigated by film forming conditions included the contents of PVA,plasticizers and cross-linkers.Using m (VWS):m (PVA),content of plasticizer and cross-linker as factors,orthogonal experiments were conducted.The results showed the best film forming technology was 7∶3 m(VWS) ∶ m(PVA),20% glycerol and 8% glyoxal,by which the tensile strength,elongation at break and optical properties of the film was (17.3 ± 0.25) MPa,112% ± 2.15% and 28.2% ± 0.23 %.The VWS/PVA composite films prepared at the optimum condition had potential application for packaging film and agriculture.关键词
