摘要

Abstract

The yellow pigment from Buddleja officinalis Maxim (FPB) was extracted using microwave-assisted extraction.The optimal extracting conditions were:microwave power 250 W,material liquid ratio 1 ∶ 50,extraction time 30 min..In addition,the study on stability showed that FPB was more stable in neutral and weak acid environment,and was not stable in alkaline environment.In the condition of illumination and 50℃ above,FPB was easy to be decomposed.FPB had a certain antioxidant ability,but had little anti-reduction abliilty.
