“互联网+”时代的社会发展面临诸多课题,食品安全监管因与人类自身息息相关而备受关注.相较于传统商业模式,食品商贸活动由于互联网第三方平台的加入,强有力地推动了市场扩张,各方主体均能获取很高的边际收益,然而同时,互联网也对食品安全监管造成了极大的挑战,表现在权力配置效率、市场准入控制、信息搜集成本等诸多方面.为了应对这一挑战,必须实现从监管到治理的思维转型,通过制度改进和创新来优化前述诸项具体机制,从而实现互联网食品安全的有效治理.
