Abstract

The method for simultaneous determination of 3 kinds of triazolopyrimidine sulfonamides herbicides in the environment of wheat field by improved QuEChERS-UPLC-MS/MS was established.Residues in wheat grain,wheat plant and soil samples were extracted by acetonitrile,the wheat grain and wheat plant extracts were purified by GCB (graphitized carbon black),and the soil extracts were purified by PSA (primary secondary amine).The residues were determined by UPLC-MS/ MS.The results showed the linear rang of flumetsulam,florasulam and penoxsulam was 0.01~ 1 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9998,0.9997 and 0.9997 respectively.The recoveries of flumetsulam,florasulam and penoxsulam were in the rang of 85.9 % ~ 105.5 %,with relative standard deviations (RSD)less than 9.8%.This method is easy,quick,and can meet the requirements for simultaneous residue determination of flumetsulam,florasulam and penoxsulam in wheat,plant and soil.
