Abstract
With the advantages of particular way of combining with iodine,the iodine encapsulated in cyclodextrins has broad application prospects in the field of medicine,food and agriculture.In this paper,progress in the preparation,characterization and application of iodine encapsulated in cyclodextrins are briefly introduced and provided theoretical support for the deeper research of iodine encapsulated in cyclodextrins in the future.关键词
