Abstract
Ready To Drink Coffee was produced by using instant coffee,coffee concentration or Coffee Extract as raw material,through adding or not adding sugar,cream,essence and other raw materials.Because of its convenience,RTD Coffee was very popular with the younger generation.this paper mainly analyzed the present condition of market,the major brands,the main flavor and the development trend of RTD Coffee in China,Japan,Europe,the United States.Compared to Europe,the United States,Japan,the RTD Coffee market of China needed to be further cultivated,the market space was also great.From the perspective of global consumers,the development trend of RTD coffee products will focus on the health appeal,quality improvement,promotion of product packaging,publicity of product brand and so on.关键词
