摘要

Abstract

In order to study the migration of Ti into food sinulants from nano-TiO2 modified LDPE films,the effects of different temperatures,microwave and ultraviolet treatment on the migration were studied based on the (EU) NO.10/2011 using,distilled water,3% acetic acid (m/V),95% ethanol (V/V) and 10% ethanol (V/V) as the neutral,acidic,fatty and alcoholic food simulants,respectively..The results indicated that the highest migration of Ti was in acidic simulants,followed in neutral,alcoholic and fatty simulants,,and the increasing temperature could promote the migration of Ti particles.The migration of Ti ranged from 0.0046 mg/kg to 0.61 mg/kg.Moreover,microwave treatment could also promote the migration of Ti particles,while ultraviolet had no such promotion.According to the maximttm migration of Ti with 5mg/kg allowed by (EU) NO.10/2011,the results of migration test showed that LDPE films modified by nano-TiO2 might be used as a kind of safe food packaging film.
