Research progress on influence factors of soybean germination
摘要
Abstract
Soybean is one of the most important food crops and oil-bearing crops in human life.Germination,as an important food processing technology,is an important mean to improve the nutritional quality and edible value of soybean.But soybean germination can be influenced by many factors,which will affect the smooth progress of germination and the effective promotion of germination quality.Therefore,it's of great significance to study the influence factors of soybean germination for the guidance of germinated soybean production.In this paper,the latest research progress on the endogenous factors (such as soybean cultivar,growth and storage status)and major abiotic environmental factors of soybean germination(such as temperature,light,water stress,salt stress,etc.)were reviewed.The major problems existing in the research field such as lack of mechanism study were discussed and the research focus in the future was suggested,in order to provide theoretical basis and support for the quality enhancement study of soybean germination.关键词
