摘要

Abstract

The bacillus natto preparation (BNPr) to antibiotics mediated immunomodulatory effects and the influence of the secretion of cytokines in SPF mice were studied in this paper.128 physique healthy mice were selected and divided randomly into 8 groups:control group C,four regulation groups R,two prevention groups P,model group M.Immunomodulatory effects and the influence of the secretion of cytokines in the content variation of immune index and the secretion of cytokines were determined after lavaged for 30 days.Results show that,compared with model group,BNPr to spleen and thymus index was extremely significantly higher than model group.The production of serum IL-2,IL-10,TNF-alpha,IFN-gamma were signifianfly increase in BNPr regulation group compared with model group (P<0.01).The iNOS activity and the albumin,globulin and globulin ratio in mice serum and the phagocytizing effect of the chicken red blood cell by peritoneal macrophage (PM) in experimental group was significantly higher than model group.The mice serum hemolysin level in experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.01).The spleen lymphocyte transformation factor levels in experimental groups were significantly increased compared with the model group (P<0.05).Compared with control group,the spleen index of BNPr prevention group close to normal level.The devouring percentage and index was raised with the increase of the concentration of the preparation.The release of IL-2 (P<0.05) was significantly increased by high dose BNPr regulation group,The level of TNF alpha was adjusted to normal levels by middle dose BNPr regulation group.The secretion of IL-10 was significantly reduced (P<0.01) by middle dose BNPr prevention group.The content of albumin and globulin in middle dose BNPr prevention group were higher than control group.Conclusion:BNPr can enhance immune function and increase the secretion of cytokines.
