摘要

Abstract

The research was aimed to study the antioxidant ability and immune function of increased scallops polysaccharide of scallop sauce.Female Kunming mice were selected as the experimental animals.The mice in three dose groups were supplied with different dosage of increased scallops polysaccharide of scallop sauce (5,10,20 mg/kg) by intragastric administration daily for 28 days.The mice in control group were given pure water.The scallops polysaccharide of scallop sauce's immune function was evaluated by the immune organ index,plaque forming cell (PFC) of spleen,splenic lymphocyte proliferation,delayed hypersensitivity and carbon clear test,.and the antioxidant capacity was evaluated by the index of immune organs,the activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase,the content of malondialdehyde.The results showed that high dose of scallops polysaccharide of scallop sauce could significantly increase the spleen index,spleen antibody forming cell number,the carbon clearance index,spleen lymphocyte transformation function and the foot swelling of mice compared with the control group.Three dose levels of scallops polysaccharide of scallop sauce could make the mice'the activity of SOD and GSH-Px significantly enhanced,the content of MDA decreased.The scallops polysaccharide of scallop sauce can improve the immune function of mice,enhance the antioxidation ability,and has an potential application value.
