荞麦粉对高脂血症小鼠血脂和肝脏抗氧化功能的调节作用

Abstract
Objective:To study the regulation of buckwheat on blood lipid and liver antioxidant in hyperlipemia mice.Method:Male C57 mice were divided into normal diet,hyperlipemia,and treatments groups.The treatments were carried out by 10 kinds of buckwheat under the condition of high-fat diet,with 10 mice in each group.Blood and liver samples were collected after 12 weeks.The levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the serum were measured.The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) as well as the activities of total superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GPH-Px) were determined,and the pathological sections of the liver tissues were observed.Results:It was found that mice in all the buckwheat treated groups had lower body weights and decreased liver indexes when compared with mice in pure hyperlipemia group.The concentrations of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the serum were decreased,and the concentration of HDL-C was increased.Buckwheat improved GSH-Px and SOD activities of liver,and reduce the MDA concentration significantly (P<0.05) in hypedipemia mice.Meanwhile,the cellular arrangement,the outline and funicular structures of liver in hypedipemia mice were improved by the addition of buckwheat.Moreover,the results showed that the improvement of blood lipid and antioxidant activity by tartary buckwheat was better than that by common buckwheat.Conclusion:Buckwheat has the positive effects in reducing blood lipids,enhancing liver antioxidant capacities and improving lipid metabolism of liver,thus has potential functions in the protection of liver.关键词
