五省市蔬菜生产及跨区域供给分析——基于北京市视角
Vegetable Production and Trans-regional Supply in Five Provinces——Based on Perspective of Beijing City
摘要
Abstract
By the constraints of resources,urban positioning and other factors,Beijing rely on Beijing self-produced vegetables can not meet the huge demand for local residents of vegetables.Promoting regional synergistic development,building the capital vegetable supply safety linkage system,is the new impetus of Beijing's vegetable supply.This paper analyzed the current situation and development of vegetable industry in five provinces and cities from the aspects of production characteristics,technology adoption and supply stability of Beijing city,Liaoning,Hebei,Hebei and Shandong province.Besides,this paper put forward the goal of the future development of vegetable industry in Beijing city and the regional cooperative development vision to provide reference for the comprehensive optimization and sustainable development of vegetable supply.关键词
