江西省部分贫困县农户食物多样性调查与分析
Investigation and Analysis on Food Diversity in Poverty-stricken Counties of Jiangxi Province

Abstract
Food security and food diversity is associated with poverty.To analyze the status of food diversity in poverty-stricken counties of Jiangxi province,a questionnaire survey about food diversity was conducted in 9 counties such as Yudu,Lianhua etc.Results from an application of a 3d 24h food recallable survey among 324 farming households indicated that farming households' living standard and/or population were positively associated with food diversity availability,and food diversity increased with households size rose.Furthermore,cluster analysis of farming households' food diversity showed that 33％ households had greater food diversity and their food pattern was reasonable,while about 5％ farmers owned a poor food diversity and unreasonable food pattern.Farming households' food diversity was superior to village level.Due to diverse location conditions,natural resources and economic development,which could affect the farmers' income,living standard and food diversity,the differences of food diversity between inter-villages (between villages) were obvious,although intra-village (within village) had small differences in households level.关键词
