摘要

Abstract

This paper established a regulatory index system of food logistics which used 7 191 sampling data from 141 logistics enterprises and utilized analytic network process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to conduct empirical research for regulation of food logistics.The empirical research showed that the overall situation of food logistics regulation was good,the lack of national laws and regulations on food logistics,logistics informatization and storage technology still had several deficiencies,including the lack of setting up of logistics traceability management system,integrity of the food file etc.,the lacking application of Warehouse management system (WMS) technology,electronic label picking system and others.
