摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To investigate the current situation of sodium and potassium contents of the imported high consumption prepackaged foods.[Method] Based on the marketing pre-survey of the import pre-packaged food through the entity and network supermarket,eight kinds of high sale pre-packaged foods were selected,samples of each type of food to collect at least 5 brands and the contents of sodium and potassium were detected.[Result] Shrimp slices and crisp surface had the highest content of sodium in the survey,sodium to potassium ratio was greater than 2.0.Sodium content in wafer biscuit was low,while potassium content was higher,the median of ratio of sodiun to potassium was 0.5.Brand similar pre-packaged food had a wide range of sodium and potassium ratio,the highest and lowest value of the difference was nearly 25 times.[Conclusion] Pre-packaged foods are generally in the content of high sodium and low potassium,food manufacturers should explore the experience of salt reduction,and further improve the ratio of sodium to potassium in food.
