Abstract
[Objective] To survey the vegetable,fruit and animal food intake in urban and rural residents in Diqing county,and provide suggestions for balanced diet and reasonable nutrition in this area.[Method] The multi-stage stratified cluster sampling was used to find household,and the eligible objects were randomly selected in household.Face-to-face questionnaires were conducted by qualified investigators.Epidata3.1 was used to enter data and verify the data quality.SPSS 19.0 was used to analyze the information.[Result] A total of 3 650 persons were investigated and there were 3 590 valid questionnaires.1 406 men were accounted for 39.2%,and 2 184 women were accounted for 60.8%.1 778 persons aged 15 ~44 years were accounted for 49.5%.The average daily intake of vegetables was 191.8g for male and 176.3g for female,fruits was 124.7g for male and 123.0g for female,livestock and poultry meat was 123.0g for male and 104.5g for female,eggs was 33.5g for male and 33.1g for female,and aquatic products was 9.5g for male and 10.3g for female.According to the Chinese resident's dietary guidelines (2016),the vegetables and fruit intake in the region was inadequacy,but livestock and poultry meat were significantly exceeded.[Conclusion] The dietary structure of residents in Diqing county is still not reasonable.It is needed to strengthen reasonable dietary.We suggest that residents in the region take more vegetables,fruits,eggs,aquatic products and less pigs and other red meats.关键词
