Abstract
[Objective] To understand cereal food consumption behavior and its influencing factors of the rural primary and middle school students in Beijing miyun district,provide effective evaluation and scientific basis guidance for the society,schools and families in the cereal food intake.[Method] Method adopted Multistage stratified sampling,extraction 577 students,from rutral primary school 4,4 middle school in grade one,three,five,seven,in Beijing miyun area.Using the combination of questionnaire and physical examination,and completed a total of 558 students and their parents,the effective response rate was 96.71%.[Result] The proportion of eating breakfast seven days a week was 72%.The dietary bias of male students and female students was above 50%.On the students' height and BMI index,students and parents had cognitive biases and statistically difference (P <0.01);5.2% of the students thin,17.4% of the students overweight,20.4% of the students obesity,only 57.0% of the students in a normal BMI,mainly affected by gender and cereal food intake.Different grade had different cereal food intake,and there was a statistical difference (P <0.01).[Conclusion] To strengthen the publicity and education of daily volume of the breakfast,society,schools and families together to strengthen the education of primary and middle school students,use the right education knowledge to guide and correct the dietary bias,grains is given priority to,especially to increase whole-grain intake.关键词
