摘要

Abstract

Intermittent spray cooling is an efficient and energy-saving new heat dissipation technology, and it has the potential to improve the heat dissipation of electronic components. This paper is based on the research results at home and abroad, principally from the perspective of medium type, spray parameters and surface characteristics, with the combination of duty ratio, frequency and spray cycle, to review the heat transfer mechanism of intermittent spray cooling, and the heat transfer characteristics of intermittent spray cooling hot surface structure are summarized. Last, study directions in future are pointed out and prospect forecast is given.
