摘要
Abstract
Vancomycin resistant genes of strain Enterococcus faecalis EC-12 were screened in this study.PCR specific for seven typical genes vanA,vanB,vanC1,vanC2/C3,vanD,vane and vanG were carried out.Results showed that all of them were negative in strain EC-12.This specific PCR method could be used to detect vancomycinresistant Enterococcus sp.关键词
