摘要

Abstract

Proantho Cyanidins (PC) from Sargentodoxa cuneata (Olive.) Rehd.Et Wils.were purified by macroporous adsorption resin.The static adsorption and desorption capacity of 5 resins including D101,HPD 100,AB8,X5 and ADS17 were compared and the best HPD 100 resin was chosen for purification.The optimum parameters of dynamic adsorption and desorption for PC purification were obtained by single factor tests.The results showed that the loading rate,loading concentration,eluting rate and eluting amount were 2 BV/h,6 mg/mL,1 BV/h and 2 BV respectively.The pure alcohol can wash out the most PC,and the PC purity reached 1.76 times than that of the crude extract.
