玛卡及其制品的PCR方法鉴别研究
Identification of Lepidium meyenii (Maca) and its derived products with PCR method

Abstract
According to the defensin gene sequences of Lepidium meyenii,a pair of specific primers of Lepidium meyenii was designed and a novel method for detection of Lepidium meyenii-origin genes was established.Based on the species-specificity and sensitivity testing,the designed Lepidium meyenii primer was of good species-specific and the novel method was of high sensitivity,with 0.1 ng/mL of DNA sensitivity and 0.1% of weight sensitivity,respectively.Using this method combining with the detection of rappini-origin genes,21 samples of Lepidium meyenii and its manufactured goods from the market were randomly measured.The results showed that all the samples contained the Lepidium meyenii-origin genes,but not the rappiniorigin genes.The PCR method established in this study was rapid,accurate,efficient and suitable for the identification of Lepidium meyenii and its manufactured goods from the market.关键词
