摘要

Abstract

The effect of anti-tumor combining carboxymethyl-chitosan(CM-CTS) with adriamycin (ADM) was studied.Colony forming test and trauma test were used to evaluate the effec ts of CM-CTS and ADM on cell proliferation and cell migration of Hela in vitro.Animal experiment was used to evaluate the anti-tumor activity of CM-CTS and ADM in vivo.The results showed that combining CM-CTS with ADM could inhibit clone forming rate of Hela by 72.65%,which was significantly higher than treating Hela with CM-CTS(31.47%)or ADM (44.09%)only(p < 0.01).The migration ability of Hela could be inhibited when Hela was treated by CM-CTS and ADM together.And the inhibition rate was 84.48%,which was significantly higher than that of CTS (37.47%) or ADM (56.29%) (p < 0.01).Animal experiment showed that the suppression rate of CM-CTS or ADM was 16.96% or 27.68% (p < 0.01).While two-drug combination had a synergistic effect,which inhibited the tumor growth by 47.32%.Therefore,synergistic effect of CM-CTS and ADM could effectively inhibit cell proliferation and migration of Hela.
