Effect of polysaccharides of Pleurotus nebrodensis on the life-span and antioxidant activities of Drosophila melanogaster
目的:研究白灵菇多糖对果蝇寿命的影响.方法:本实验使用黑腹果蝇作为动物模型,通过研究白灵菇多糖对黑腹果蝇体重、逆重力爬行能力、寿命和体内酶活力的影响,评价白灵菇多糖的抗衰老作用.结果:与对照组相比,基础培养基中添加0.50％白灵菇多糖能显著增加果蝇的逆重力爬行能力(p＜0.01)和果蝇的体重(p＜0.05);显著提高果蝇的平均寿命(雌果蝇增加22.77％,雄果蝇增加21.01％,p＜0.05)、半数死亡时间(雌果蝇增加23.08％,雄果蝇增加27…查看全部>>
