荞麦在食品相关领域研究态势分析
Analysis of the situation of buckwheat in food related field
摘要
Abstract
Based on WoS and CNKI database,the paper colleeted Chinese and foreign literatures related to buckwheat from 1992 to 2016 through the method of scientific metrology.Mapping Knowledge Domain Analysis is used to calculate buckwheat research progress both at home and abroad,reveals the development in this field and the knowledge structure,the core research unit,summarizes the research present situation,hotspots and developing trends of this field.This paper provided research ideas and directions for scientists in related fields of buckwheat,and provided data reference for scientific managers.关键词
