Determination of β-lactamase inhibitor Tazobactam in milk by high performance liquid chromatography
摘要
Abstract
An analytical method was developed and verified for the determination ofβ-1actamase inhibitor Tazobactam in milk by high performance liquid chromatography.The sample was deproteinized by acetonitrile and degreased by n-hexane.The chromatographic conditions was chosen Hypersil ODS-2 C 18 chromatographic column using A∶ B (10∶ 90) as mobile phases with 213 nm detection wavelength.The results of the calibration curve showed perfect linear in the range of 5～200 μg/mL and the correlation coefficient was 0.9991.Matrix-matched calibration standard was used for the quantification and showed the average recoveries ranges from 88.40％～ 94.18％.With the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity and accurate results,the method was suitable for the detection of Tazobactam in milk.关键词
