摘要
Abstract
As one of the most promising fish species in the South China Sea,deep-processing and colligating-using of Sthenoteuthis oualaniersis has become the hotspot of the world scientific research these years.It looks that discussing the technique of Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis colligation-using is very impendency,especially in the background that the country increasingly offshore resources are declining.This article recommended the actuality and the development-trend of Sthenoteuthis oualanieris deep-processing and colligating-using,pointed out the Sthenoteuthis oualanieris by product deep processing and comprehensive utilization ways of the kite,extended the industrial chain,promoted to high value-added products,at the same time,strengthen the cooperation with scientific research institutes,to improve the Sthenoteuthis oualaniensis industry technological innovation capability and market competitiveness.关键词
