摘要

Abstract

The co-immobilization of glucose oxidase (GOD) and catalase (CAT) using several different modified carbon fiber as the immobilization carrier was studied.Modification of carbon fiber by nitric acid and sulfuric acid,which has the better performance on immobilization than the others,was used to investigate the effect of the proportion of enzyme activity,concentration of the glutaraldehyde and crosslinking time on the immobilization efficiency.Under the conditions of glucose oxidase:catalase of 1∶2,0.2% glutaraldehyde,the reaction time of 15 min,the enzyme recovery of glucose oxidase reached 30.6%.The thermal stability,pH stability,storage stability and operational stability of the co-immobilized enzyme were all improved gready.The co-immobilized enzyme could be used for 10 batch conversion,and 72.4% of the initial activity was remained.This research provided a new thinking for the industrial production of gluconate using immobilized enzyme.
