Preparation of Zinc Ferrite Nanorods and Their Application in Flame-retardant Epoxy Resin
通过微乳液法成功制备了铁酸锌纳米棒(R-ZFO),并用X射线粉末衍射仪、透射电子显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对R-ZFO进行了结构和形貌分析;随后,将R-ZFO添加到环氧树脂(EP)中制备了EP/R-ZFO纳米复合材料,通过极限氧指数测定仪、锥形量热仪和热分析仪研究了R-ZFO对EP热稳定性和阻燃性能的影响.结果表明,所制备的R-ZFO的直径约为200 nm,长度为1~10 μm;当添加3%(质量分数,下同)的R-ZFO到EP中时,复合材料的极限氧指数…查看全部>>
In this paper,zinc ferrite nanorods (R-ZFO) were prepared by a microemulsion method,and their microstructure were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results indicated that the synthesized R-ZFO had a particle size of approximately 200 nm and a length of 1~10μm.Afterward,epoxy resin/R-ZFO composites were prepared and their flame-retardant properties and thermal stability were investi…查看全部>>
