摘要
Abstract
Gut microbiota are involved in the regulation of multiple host metabolic pathways and have a significant impact on many of the human physiological functions and play a central role in the development of many chronic inflammatory diseases.Nutrients in the diet can affect gut microbial community structure and provide the substrate for microbial metabolism.The influence of the food additive on gut microbes were riviewed to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of many diseases associated with gut microbiota.关键词
