转GmDREB3基因抗旱小麦与亲本小麦的营养成分比较与分析
Comparison of Nutritional Components Between Transgenic Wheat with Drought-tolerant Gene GmDREB3 and Its Non-transgenic Counterpart

Abstract
[Objective] The nutritional components of wheat with drought-tolerant gene GmDREB3 and its non-transgenic counterpart were analyzed to evaluate the safety of the wheat.[Method] Nutrients including moisture,ash,protein,fat,dietary fiber,amino acids,vitamin,minerals and fatty acids were compared between transgenic wheat and its non-transgenic counterpart.[Result] No significant differ ences for the content of nutrients between transgenic wheat and its non-transgenic counterpart was discovered in the study except for total dietary fiber,pantothenic acid,folic acid and vitamin B12 which the contents in transgenic wheat were higher than that of its non-transgenic counterpart.Most results of nutritional components fell within the range of values recommended by OECD.[Conclusion] It is substantial equivalent in nutrient component between wheat with drought-tolerant gene GmDREB3 and its non-transgenic counterpart.关键词
