摘要

Abstract

In recent years,infant nutrition rice noodles products were frequently notified by general administration of quality supervision in our country,some of the rice noodles produed by enterprises did not meet the regulatory requizements and they were unable to guarantee food safety.This article from the raw material procurement,formulation design,production process and logistics management analyzed and discussed the reason and solution for influence of infant nutrition rice noodles,and provided reference for quality control of infant nutrition rice noodles.
