Abstract
By analyzing consumer knowledge and buying behavior about potato staple food,this paper put up suggestions on developing potato staple food with Chinese characteristics including promoting diversification of potato-derived food products,improving its market coverage,meanwhile strengthening publicity and guiding consumption.关键词
