Abstract
Yam is a food and medicine plants with a variety of bioactive ingredients,yam polysaccharide is one of the important active substances in yam.This article analyzed and summarized the research progress on the bioactivity and its mechanism of Chinese yam in recent years to provide scientific basis for further development and utilization of yam polysaccharides.关键词
