摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To establish a method for simultaneous determination of 10 kinds of elements such as K,Ca,Na,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn,Pb and As in liquid,tablet,powder and capsule types of health products by ICP-MS and microwave digestion.[Method] Ten kinds of elements in 4 types of matrix of health products were decomposed by microwave oven and then analyzed by ICP-MS.[Result] After determination,this method showed a wide linearity range,the detection limits were between 0.008 ～ 3.9mg/kg,the recoveries were in the range of 85.0％ ～ 109％ and RSD were all under 10％.[Conclusion] This method is rapid,sensitive and suitable for the simultaneous determination of ten elements in 4 different kinds of matrix of liquid,tablet,powder and capsule for health products.关键词
