Survey on Consumption Status of Children' Beverage in Urban and Suburb of Hohhot

Abstract
[Objective] To ascertain the current situation of the consumption of children'beverages in Hohhot and adjacent counties.[Method] We did questionnaire surveys to famihes through interview and social websitesand recycled 1 503 valid questionnaires in total.[Result]The percentages of beverages that consumers choose was milk and milk fermentation drinks 41.7%,potable water 22.3%,fruit juice 14.7%,carbonated beverage 8.3%,vegetable protein drinks 6.1%,tea drinks 4.4%.The order of drinking volume inone week was 1 ~ 3bottles (42.6%),then4 ~6 bottles (25.9%),<1 bottle (15.6%) and >7 bottles was (16.0%).The most general way to consume children'beverage was the big supermarket,which accotmted for 63.9%,the proportion of consumption of children'beverage in KFC,McDonald was less than supermarket,hold 14.4%,and small markets and stores was just 14%.To buy products in normal price (68.4%) was the most common way of children'drink consumption.Besides,there were 10.3% of people said they were more likely to buy products in discount.However,measures like sales promotion (8.5%) had a less effective influence on children'drink consumption,which meaned children'drink consumption became more and more normal for people.Consumers' attention to two factors of influence including hygieneand and product date of children'drink was 37.7%,proportion of nutrition value and burden sheet were 20.8% and 8.8%.However,the attention to brands,taste and price were 13.4%,10.6% and 7.5%,and there were 18.8% of people hold the opinion that children'drinks were not safe and 68.5% of people thought that relevant standards should be made,which suggested that consumers' attention to nutrition and food safety was relatively high.[Conclusion] The differences of beverages' variety grade level and price between different children'drinks in town and adjacent counties are not very obvious.The objectively perception are generally lacked by people with different education level.关键词
