摘要

Abstract

Based on the field investigation and in-depth interviews with the development of rural e-commerce in the impoverished counties of western China,this paper discusses the feasible development path of rural e-commerce suitable for rural economic development and poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken areas from the perspectives of industrial chain restructuring and organizational arrangements.The paper proposed that the e-commerce industry chain should be reconfigured which is dominated by agriculture-related e-commerce enterprises,based on the natural ecological resources endowment in poor areas,taking the production of local high-quality agricultural products as the starting point,focusing on the cultivation of online commodities and building the public brand of regional agricultural products as the focal point.The main body of the industry chain should be in accordance with the professional division of labor and the organization collaborate with each other.Through the internet terminal demand feedback mechanism,reverse the front of the industrial chain of agricultural production behavior,the formation of a demand-oriented,price-driven agricultural product sales system,in order to cultivate a sustainable,stable and ever-increasing value-added agro-products e-commerce industry will boost the rural economic development and alleviate poverty in impoverished areas.
