318例胃癌患者营养状况和幽门螺杆菌感染情况调查
Nutritional Status and Helicobacter pylori Infection Among 318 Patients With Gastric Cancer

Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the nutritional status and Helicobacter pylori (Hp) among gastric cancer (GC) patients and provide guidelines of clinical treatment and nutritional management for gastric cancer patients.[Method] From January 2015 to Decenber 2017,318 GC patients were selected randomly to assess nutritional risk by nutritional risk screening 2002 (NRS 2002) and survey Hp infection by Hp stool antigen test (Hp SAT).[Result] The incidence rate of nutritional risk was 49.4% among 318 GC patients,the significant differences of nutritional risk were observed among different genders and TNM stages (P < 0.05).The Hp infection rate was 90.6% with tendency male higher than female,and rising with age (P < 0.05).[Conclusion] The incidence of nutritional risk and Hp infection rate is high among gastric cancer patients,so it is essential to develop nutritional support for GC patients,Hp screening and eradication in healthy people for preventing gastric cancer.关键词
