天然橡胶标准胶包装线自动称重补料系统的设计
Design of Automatic Weighing and Rubber Supplement System for the Packing Line of the Natural Standard Rubber
摘要
Abstract
A set of automatic weighing and rubber supplement system was designed,which is composed of a rubber cutting module,transmission module,secondary rubber cutting module and feeding module;The packed standard rubber blocks of uniform shape and mass were used as the raw materials for supplementing the weight to replace the original dry rubber blocks of different shape and mass;the supplement mass was measured through the length of rubber block;Specific mechanical structure and control system were designed according to the requirements for the functions of each module and their connection. As a result,this system finally can effectively solve the technical difficulties of uniform cutting,automatic weighing,supplementing and measurement of the rubber supplement weight,which provides a solid foundation for the automation of standard rubber packing process.关键词
