摘要

Abstract

Fritillaria thunbergii flower and Ninghaibai Loquat flower as raw materials,a kind of health beverage was developed and its cough function was also evaluated.By orthogonal experiment design,the optimal extraction process of Fritillaria thunbergii flower and Ninghaibai Loquat flower were determined.The optimum process were to add water 12 times,extract 2 h,extract 3 times;and to add 9 times water,extract 1.5 h,extract 1 time,respectively.Through orthogonal design and sensory quality evaluation,the results indicated that optimal technical conditions were:the Fritillaria thunbergii flower extract 160 g/L,the Ninghaibai Loquat flower extract 40 g/L,xylitol 40 g/L,citric acid 0.5 g/L,honey 35 g/L and pectin 3 g/L.Total alkaloid content in the beverage was as follows:0.12 mg/mL,meanwhile total flavonoids content was 0.4 mg/mL.All indicators were in accordance with relevant regulations.The cough relieving effect were studied by ammonia water causing cough in mice and citric acid causing cough in guinea pigs.The results showed that there was a significant cough effect (p < 0.05).The beverage had healthy function,unique flavor,and met the related standards,which could be used for the adjuvant treatment of cough diseases.
