摘要

Abstract

Passion fruit is one of importantly characteristic economy fruit,which is grown in the tropical,subtropical region,and polysaccharides are one of the primarily functional components of passion fruit peel.Polysaccharides of passion fruit peel were highly concerned by domestic and foreign scholars because of their several bioactivities,such as antitumor,antiinflammatory,hypolipidemic and antioxidant etc.The objective of this article was to systematically review the recent advance of polysaccharides of passion fruit peel,mainly included extraction,separation and purification,structural characteristics and bioactivities etc.Moreover,the problems encountered during the studies of polysaccharides of passion fruit peel were also proposed in order to provide reference for the research and development of passion fruit polysaccharides.
