澳门小学数学教师教学信念的质化研究
Qualitative Research on Teaching Concepts of Elementary Mathematics Teachers in Macao

Abstract
Teaching belief was the viewpoint, attitude and psychological disposition, which was believed and conceived by the teachers on the related factors of the teaching process. From the four aspects of the mathematical understanding, teachers' teaching, students' learning and students' learning achievement assessment, this study explored the teaching believes and the influential factors of the teaching believes of the math teachers in Macao Primary School who were the research objects of this research with some qualitative research methods such as participant observation, interview and so on. It was found that the statements of the teachers' teaching believes don't always accord with their actions, and the teaching believes were formed mainly by the experience of the preservice teacher education and the study in the primary and secondary school, the experience of the school culture and the teaching practice, and the self-learning and the teaching reflection. We could improve teachers' teaching belief level and promote teachers' professional development by creating open domains and school-based teaching and research culture, standardizing teacher training and curriculum design, offering teachers time and space and strengthening the teachers' professional subject level.关键词
