乡村数学教师"TOP+X"培训模式的建构与应用——以贵阳学院乡村数学教师"国培计划"实施为例
Construction and Application of "TOP+X" Training Mode of Rural Mathematics Teachers——Based on the National Training Project of Rural Mathematics Teachers in Guiyang College

Abstract
The condition of rural mathematics teacher training was emphasis on theory rather than practice, the "TOP+X" training mode paid attention to the harmony of theory and practice. With the development of mathematics teachers' specialty in the lead, based on the rural mathematics teachers' knowledge structure, the "TOP+X" training general objective should meet the rural mathematics teachers' needs. It focused on the Topic, Objective, Practice and choice of training. Under the guidance of the "Five modules double majors" training general frame, the specific topics were specified. There were several objectives under each topic, many teaching activities were driven by these objectives. This mode could meet the professional development needs of different rural mathematics teachers. The initial results were reflected in two aspects, "Training Recognition" and "Seed Teacher Growth"respectively.关键词
