摘要

Abstract

Needs-supply assessment is an innovative assessment model in faculty development program.It evalu-ates the program effectiveness by assessing to what extent needs of participants and organizers,and satisfaction could have been improved through supply adjustment.Program designing starts from needs identifying.Then will be needs prioritizing,needs conforming,target setting,assessment scheme presetting,planning and im-plementation,support system establishing for resources and information collection.The essential of this sup-ply-side reforming in programs designing is to meet the faculty needs timely and effectively by strengthening suppliers'program designing competence in order to make better use of resources,especially those that the in-structor is highly related with.It helps to enhance the training effectiveness by solving the problems we usually meet.
