The Legislation of University Governance from the Perspective of Statutes
摘要
Abstract
University statutes are the"charter"of university governance and the basic criterion of universities' autonomously running school.University statutes adjust not only the relationship between school,teachers and students but also the relationship between school,government and society.University relations are the governance elements of university statutes.University statutes is the foundation of university legislation.At the moment,the executive condition of the university statutes is not positive,and the university administration tendency is still serious.To take the opportunity of statutes construction to promote the legislation of universi-ty governance,it is necessary to establish legal thinking and modern ideas of government by law,enhance the external supervision of university statute implementation,promote the government's"contract -type"man-agement of university and improve the balancing mechanism of administrative power and academic power.关键词
