A Discussion on the Scholarship of Specialty and the Scholarship of Teaching in University Faculty's Developing Process

Abstract
Reviewing the historical process of faculty development in universities,we found that the whole de-velopment process between"scholarship of specialty "and"scholarship of teaching "has always been the key. On the basis of history investigation,this paper further clarifies the clue and connotation of " scholarship of specialty "and "scholarship of teaching ".Under the guidance of the Party Central Committee and the State Council's"Comments on the comprehensive deepening of the reform of the construction of teachers in the new era",some suggestions are put forward to improve the evaluation of faculty development in China.关键词
