摘要

Abstract

Workshop based hybrid training has become an important way to promote teachers'learning and professional development.What's the current situation of teachers'learning in workshops?In this paper,381 teachers of 56 work-shops as the research object,through investigation,interview and questionnaire study data analysis and empirical re-search methods,research on teachers'workshop training learning research found that although the teacher learning from external administrative demand driven,but to solve the problem in practice is an important demand of teachers'learning;teachers need to learn the contents of differences and individuality;lack of Metacognitive Strategies of teach-er learning;teachers lack of learning from the experience of others;teacher learning need emotional support,emotion-al support influence teachers'behavior change.In view of this,from the perspective of teachers'lifelong learning,put forward effective suggestions and strategies to support teachers'learning and development.
