基于工作坊的混合式研修中教师学习现状及支持对策研究
Research on the Current Situation of Teachers'Learning and Support Strategies in the Workshop Based Hybrid Study

Abstract
Workshop based hybrid training has become an important way to promote teachers'learning and professional development.What's the current situation of teachers'learning in workshops?In this paper,381 teachers of 56 work-shops as the research object,through investigation,interview and questionnaire study data analysis and empirical re-search methods,research on teachers'workshop training learning research found that although the teacher learning from external administrative demand driven,but to solve the problem in practice is an important demand of teachers'learning;teachers need to learn the contents of differences and individuality;lack of Metacognitive Strategies of teach-er learning;teachers lack of learning from the experience of others;teacher learning need emotional support,emotion-al support influence teachers'behavior change.In view of this,from the perspective of teachers'lifelong learning,put forward effective suggestions and strategies to support teachers'learning and development.关键词
